One day we were travelling to Mount Awesome in Auckland , so far I have no idea why it's called that, it might just be because that it is awesome .
We finally arrived at heli-pad in Auckland that my Dad had heard all about from work.Were all check in and are prepping the the helicopter like packing the food,water and any other stuff we might need on the trip .
And off we go .'WHOOOO!'no one really heard me thou , o'well but we're finally in the air over . He hit the throttle and were off.
We've got to Mount Awesome , it took as a while but . We started a search a landing zone for the helicopter , were looking for an area that is safe and a good slope.
Were there ,were there ,I cant believe were finally there ! Sweet I took my first step and I notice that the helicopter was moving , and one was in it . I rub my eyes and look again but it was moving .So I went to my father to tell him , but by time he went to investigate it was gone . So first we search in the air ,nothing ,then the ground and we saw the helicopter sliding down the mountain.
Tic, toc, tic , toc , boom the helicopter had slid off a ramp and hit face first and roll and roll and roll and again boom.So we all had to ski down the mountain.
O'well it was a hell of a time and fun all the way though . Now next time we should land on a heli-pad , but still it was a hell of a time .
